Blocked Drainage system in Maidenhead

Drain Clearance UK Ltd were recently called to a large residence in Maidenhead to discover why the toilets were not flushing correctly. There are a number of factors that can cause a toilet either on the ground floor or first floor to not disperse the water correctly through the WC.

Once we checked the internal systems it was clear to us that the problem was actually within the manhole chambers to the outside areas of the property.

Once we lifted the external chambers we could clearly see that the chambers were blocked to access and required clearance via the high pressure mechanical equipment. We managed to locate the exit invert and inserted the drainage snake / hose to break up the blockage, the chambers cleared relatively quickly and we were able to wash down and remove a root system that was present within the cambers.

The toilets were then tested and everything dispersed in the correct manner.
